We are now looking for a Group Financial Controller to strengthen our group accounting team and to rock the world of manufacturing with us!

In this role, you will have designated responsibility areas for the overall preparation and development of group accounting. You will collaborate closely with our global finance team and be a supervisor of the group accounting team. You will be responsible for the monthly consolidation, preparing monthly and interim reports and compiling financial statements. Together with your colleagues at business controlling, you will be responsible for the Group’s accounting policies as well as subsidiary administration and financials.

Your responsibilities include:

• Group accounting, reporting and policies
• Monthly and interim financial reports, compilation of consolidated financial statements and ensuring their accuracy
• Group tax risk management, including tax planning and transfer pricing
• Ownership of internal control framework and internal audit process
• Global cash and FX management
• Development of financial systems and processes
• Consulting and training the accounting and other staff on financial and administrative matters relating to their area of responsibility
• Global insurance policies

To be successful in this role, we hope you have several years of experience in consolidation, group accounting and international business environment. In addition, a suitable educational background (M.Sc., B.Sc. in Finance) and fluency in English are an asset. You are accurate and able to adapt to a constantly growing business.
